On Saturday, November 5, 2011, the Beer for Brains Foundation will be hosting a RAREaffair™ at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona from 6:30 - 10:30pm (5:30 p.m. admission for VIPs.)

The night was so awesome that I don't remember half of it (but I do remember getting some of that 120 before the keg was empty- oh and that hot scotchy was tasty). For those of you who did not make it, you missed one heck of a party and really should try to make it next time. I can see this event getting HUGE and the coolest part of the event is that it supports a great cause. With all the buzz, I can see it selling out in the near future.

Well, no one claimed from the Hot Break, so we redrew at the November meeting.
Congrats to Christian Chandler-- a worthy winner since he was responsible for bringing 5 others to the RareAffair!

I'm going to post a list of people that are card carrying members. If I missed you, please let me know ASAP. If you were an ASH 100, you will be getting a special icon on your 2012 ID card!

Rob, that was pretty awesome of you to run the contest. The RareAffair is a can't miss event. I have no doubt that we will hit the ASH 100 next year once people realize what they missed. Oh and for the record my total party was 8 and they all had a blast and will attend next years event.

Rob, Thanks for the contest and all you do. I had the first ticket but didn't want to claim it because I got a free ticket from the B4B promo I did. I would like to say the event was outstanding and if you missed it, shame on you. If you can afford a ticket volonteer to pour next year. Please add me to the list. Dary Chester
