I will take credit for the first brew of 2012.  I just made my favorite Amber recipe last night.

0 + 5 = 5

"Baums" Representin! SNAP!

Wednesday - Klingon Grog (disaster)

Today - Irish Red

5 + 11 = 16

Brewed A Braggot

16+5=21

American Stout

21 + 6 = 27

Old Ale

27 + 5 = 32

5 gallons Czech Pils

37 + 5 = 42

5 gallons of ESB

42 + 5 + 47

Kat and I brewed on New Year's Day 5 gallons of a double IPA

47 + 5 = 52

Colton & I brewed 10 gallons of English Brown Ale.

52 +10 = 62

5 Gallons Belgium

62 plus 5 = 67

5 Gallons Smoked Winter Bock

67 + 5 = 72

For these purposes, does it go by when the batch is started or by when it's ready for consumption?

Either way you like it. Last year, most brewers went with when the batch is started.
