As of this posting, ASHers have posted brewing 3,453 gallons of beer in 2011. That's about 111 barrels! Let's see if we can out do ourselves in 2012!

Wow, I have some catching up to do on my log here...

Rosemary IPA 5.5 gal

Arc Porter 5.5 gal

Coffee Stout 6 gal (split into 4, 1.5 gallon "batches" for bourbon of 2 strengths and oaked bourbon of 2 strengths)

Boring Porter 5.5 gal

Oxy Clean DIPA 5.5 gal

Rosemary IPA all grain 5.5 gal

446.5 + 50.5 = 497

497 + 5 = 502g

Brewed 6 gallons, Chocolate Stout. Brewed 5 gallons Irish Stout. 6 gallons mead. 6 gallons pale ale. 6 gallons of dark Mexican lager. 29 gallons

502 + 29 = 531 gallons

Brewed 5.5 Gallons of a Roggenbier (German Rye Beer).

531 + 5.5 = 536.5

536.5 + 5.5 Donut Wit = 542

5 gallons of Weizenbock at the brewout. Had a great time

542 + 5 = 547

5 gallons RedHot Rye

5 gallons Thai Spice Honey Blonde Revisited

5 gallons Berry Jasmine Porter 2

5 gallons Creme Brulee Imperial Milk Stout

5 gallons Hoptacular IPA

 577 + dales 20 + 6 = 603

5.5 gallons of Arc Porter

603 + 5.5 = 608.5

10 gallons brewed today of English strong with rye 608.5=618.5
