Hey Ken,

16 kegs!? Wow! No wonder you need help setting up. I volunteer to help drink them :)

These are all good questions, so I will answer them publicly and hit everyone with a bit of knowledge.

1) Kiwanis Park and the ramadas open at sun-up. The bbq guys usually start setting up before 10am, so there will some folks hanging out already.

2) The ice comes from a Water and Ice store in AJ. I am unsure of the exact location, but am in the process of getting that info and will post it asap.

3) To get names on the O'fest list (for DD's etc), you need to email secretary@azhomebrewers.com Remember, all adults 21 and over (who are not designated drivers) must be members of an Arizona homebrew club.

Hi Jeff,

I have a few questions about Oktoberfest 2011.

1) Will the gates to Ruben Romero be open at 10:00am?

2) What is the name and location of where we are getting ICE?

I need to stop by around 9:30am for the 16 kegs I am bringing = 320 Lbs ICE.

3) How do I get names on the entry list?

I will need help setting up and tearing down, Jason Button & Kathy Button have agreed to help me.
