I will be racking my Munich Dunkel this week sometime & have a great slurry of Gordon Biersch Lager yeast for someone to pitch. It brought my 1.058 wort to 1.020 in a week with no blow off. I love this clean lager yeast & it's about a 4th generation. It creates a little sulfer, but that lagers away to create a nice beer. First come first served.Cheers BarrySee More
