Randy J Gregory II said… Totally! I'm starting with this one from AHS, and I'm going to add in some bitter orange, instead of the lemon they recommend, and probably increase the aroma hop. I'm also adding in some extra fermentable sugar, to kick up the alcohol content to 7.8%, versus the original 6.8.
