Peaktoberfest - (October General Meeting) at Four Peaks Tempe

October 18, 2011 from 7pm to 9pm
This is our normal General meeting time, but we will be meeting at Four Peaks instead of the ASH Clubhouse. This gives our planners an opportunity to kick back before the big event (Oct 22nd). It's also a celebration of Four Peaks support  of ASH through it's 2011Ninkasi Sponsorship.Homebrew is allowed, but it will have to be opened and consumed in the non-licensed area of the brewery. Totally!  I'm starting with this one from AHS, and I'm going to add in some bitter orange, instead of the lemon they recommend, and probably increase the aroma hop. I'm also adding in some extra fermentable sugar, to kick up the alcohol content to 7.8%, versus the original 6.8.
