"I use dry yeast, US-05 on most beers that need a clean, low ester yeast. Cream Ales, American IPA's, Blondes, etc. Apfelwein is fun and easy. I'm drinking some now at 9% ABV that makes me happy, but as Greg says I may not feel so happy…"

2012 ASH Springfest at Tempe Kiwanis Park, Ruben Romero Corporate Ramada

Are you ready for the second biggest ASH picnic of the year? Get your homebrew ready, because Springfest is just around the corner.
