2012 ASH Springfest at Tempe Kiwanis Park, Ruben Romero Corporate Ramada

Are you ready for the second biggest ASH picnic of the year? Get your homebrew ready, because Springfest is just around the corner. Once again, the venue will be the Romero ramada area at Kiwanis Park. Saturday March 24th is the date and we’ll be kicking off the festivities at noon. "Put 5 gal of a Smoke Rye IPA in the keg 2 weeks ago (not too pleased with it).   Also just started fermentation on 5 gal of a simple Brown Ale.  72+5(Brian's)+10= 87"

"Hop bitterness tends to fade over time.  You could put the keg in storage for awhile and check back on it later."

Just finished a new batch that was my first all grain and first IPA.

Due to improper equipment I managed to get the right hoppy flavor I was looking for, but hardly any maltyness. 

 

Would adding a maltier beer to the contents of my corny keg help or be a disaster?  Or should I just dump what I have.
