"I ended up using a porter recipe from  Brewer's Connection and added 2 oz of Coconut extract in the secondary. We will try it this weekend."

"I would suggest mashing the pumpkin and adding the nibs to the kettle at flameout. Nibs @secondary would keep more of the delicate flavors in but more of an infection risk. No, nibs don't dissolve from what I know."
