2012 Discount Card Contest
Contest #1
The first person to earn $30 in discounts will have their membership reimbursed ($25 or $30 depending on when you paid). Here are the rules.
1. You can only earn $3 per location.
2. You can only use each location one time.
3. You must have receipts.
4. What does first mean? The first person to post photographic evidence of their receipts in the comments of this post or physically hand the receipts to me.
5. Very important. You must have a summary cover sheet detailing each date, time, place and amount.
6. Discounts must be made with you 2012 card. You can't begin to get discounts without your 2012 card. I don't care if someone honored your 2011 card. In some cases, you may not be able to get your card before the Jan 17 meeting. Sorry. Dems Da Rules.
7. All disputes judged mercilessly by me.

I just started this weekend, 1/6th done. It's unlikely that I will win at this rate, but at the least it will get me to try out some new places.

I have saved more than $30 in January but I'm not looking for the free membership (ha ha). Mostly, it was from Whole Foods where I got Happy Hour pricing all day long ($1.00 off per beer, typically). Also at The Monk, Papago, and at What Ale's Ya supply store.

In case anyone was wondering the recipt from Papago doesn't show the actual savings from the ASH card. Knowing the discount on to go beers, I still hit the $3 per place limit regardless of what shows on the bill I got tonight (with what I paid, I still hit the $3 mark even if the total includes the normal price
