That’s fine with me if that’s the way you do it. I am just glad I was allowed to join. I have been brewing for a little over a year and the only people I could talk to about it that didn’t give that deer in the headlights look is the guys at What Ales Ya. I will defiantly try to make it to the meeting if I get back in town in time.

Ralph, 

Allow me to respond on the reasons for this.

First, thank you for joining our pitiful little band.

 

We are in an iterative process with our cards.

Last February, we decided to overhaul our paper cards and launch a formal discount program. We moved to a 5ml plastic (flimsy) card that come 8 to a sheet. We print these up at the clubhouse on our laser printer. Economically both in terms of time and money, we print generally at our monthly meetings. 

 

If we fulfilled cards and mailed them, it would be someone's full time job. So for now, we hand them out at the meetings. In some cases, I have them with me to had out at fests and other gatherings.

 

Next year, we hope to move to 30ml Hard Cards on a 1-up printer. Still, we won't probably mail them out.

You should be able to pick it up at the monthly meeting. (June 21, 2011 from 7pm to 9pm)
